Brooke practically grew up in the kitchen. Her mom is an avid home cook, her dad managed food & beverage at fine dining establishments, and her grandparents even owned a catering company with her parents! Once she hit about 10 years old, the morning TV time was food network learning from the early 2000’s stars. When she moved to Texas in 2016, she decided she always wanted to have some plants around so she started urban gardening. A little basil, cherry tomatoes, maybe mint. Eventually she found her community garden plot in 2019 where she started gardening on a much larger scale! Her passions grew and she now maintains two gardens in urban/suburban Austin, Texas.
